Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Visual & Graphic Design Support specialist to join us in office. In this role, you will work with designer as assistant , role is templates to replicate, refine, and adapt graphic assets and UI layouts. We care most about your hands-on execution speed, precision, and ability to follow established visual direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Replication & Adaptation: Recreate, duplicate, and adjust existing UI layouts, graphic assets, and collateral based on provided master designs.
- Visual & Graphic Tweaks: Fix and update colors, typography, iconography, and image elements while keeping strict visual consistency.
- Figma File Management: Work within existing Figma files to build layout variations, update components,
and maintain organized layers using auto-layout.
- Production Prep: Format, scale, and export production-ready assets and clean Figma files for handoff.
Requirements & Capabilities
- Practical Figma Skills: Hands-on proficiency with Figma (working with components, auto-layout, frames, and layers).
- Graphic Design Eye: Strong attention to alignment, spatial consistency, color matching, and typography.
- Execution & Accuracy: Ability to replicate designs accurately, follow guidelines strictly, and work efficiently on task updates.
- On-Site Availability: Able to work on-site at our location (Electronics City Phase 1 / Doddanagamangala Road) on a part-time schedule.
