Hiring for a Client - Vortiqo Technologies

Key Responsibilities

- Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into automation solutions
- Design end-to-end RPA architecture using UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath Studio, and related components
- Own the client relationship as the front-facing technical representative
- Guide the development team on solution design and technical approach
- Review and validate PDDs and SDDs for accuracy and feasibility
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation scale-up

Required Skills

- Strong working knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Action Center
- Proven experience across the RPA lifecycle: assessment, design, build, and deployment
- Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated ability to manage client relationships independently
- Ability to understand and interpret business requirements without heavy oversight
- Familiarity with UiPath's broader product suite (Document Understanding, Task Mining, or similar) is an advantage

Nice to Have

- UiPath certification (RPA Associate, Advanced, or Solution Architect track)
- Prior experience in a client-facing delivery or consulting role

Ideal Candidate

1 Strong UiPath Solution Architect Profile with prior Solution Architect tenure, client commercial ownership and agentic automation architecture experience

2 Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 10+ years of total RPA/Automation experience, including 7+ years of hands-on UiPath experience and at least 2+ years of UiPath Solution Architecture/Architect-level experience.

3 Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have already held a Solution Architect role at a prior employer, with demonstrable ownership of client relationships,



deal shaping and architectural sign-off in that role

4 Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have proven ownership of the full RPA lifecycle from assessment through design, build, deployment and post-go-live scale-up, and must be able to interpret business requirements independently and identify automation scale-up opportunities beyond immediate project scope

5 Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have owned the client relationship as the primary technical and commercial point of contact, including building and defending ROI cases that quantify automation benefit in cost, time and headcount terms for non-technical stakeholders

6 Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have experience sizing and scoping deals (effort, timelines, pricing implications), pushing back on infeasible scope or timelines with a credible alternative, and handling escalations and delivery risk conversations directly with client stakeholders

7 Mandatory (Experience 6): Must be able to speak knowledgeably about where UiPath's platform, including agentic automation, fits against alternatives, and where a client's ask sits ahead of or behind current platform capability

8 Mandatory (Tech skill 1): Must have strong working knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Action Center and AI Center, plus familiarity with the broader suite including Document Understanding and Task Mining at an architectural decision-making leve





9 Mandatory (Tech skill 2): Must have experience designing end-to-end RPA and agentic automation architecture, including working knowledge of Agent Builder / Maestro at a design and client-conversation level

10 Mandatory (Tech skill 3): Must have made design-level calls on Document Understanding, judging when extraction accuracy is reliable enough to skip human validation, and on agentic workflows, deciding where an agent operates autonomously versus where human-in-the-loop or a standard bot is safer

11 Mandatory (Tech skill 4): Must have owned PDD and SDD sign-off, reviewing for feasibility, completeness and architectural soundness rather than template compliance, and guided development teams on solution design, reusable components and governance standards

12 Mandatory (Note): Candidates able to join within 10–15 days will be eligible for a joining bonus of up to 20% of their monthly salary, subject to a maximum payout of ₹1,00,000. The bonus will be credited along with the first month's salary

13 Mandatory (Exclusion): Senior developers seeking their first architect title will not be considered, however robust the hands-on development background. Profiles must evidence prior architect-level ownership, not developer seniority

14 Mandatory (Note – Agentic AI Evidence): Candidate's CV must clearly show actual project work involving agentic AI / agentic automation — including the projects they worked on, their role, and what they built or architected.

15 Preferred (Certification): UiPath certification (RPA Associate, Advanced, or Solution Architect track).

16 Preferred (Background): Prior experience in a client-facing delivery or consulting role.
