About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced, independent Unity Developer to join our development team full-time. You will receive game concepts, Game Design Documents (GDDs), and technical requirements, and you will be responsible for independently building the necessary systems in Unity.

Important: This is an Individual Contributor Role. This is emphatically not a Lead Developer or Engineering Manager position. You will not manage people, review other developers, make schedules, or make business decisions. You are primarily responsible for your own high-quality development work.

The Projects You Will Work On

You must be versatile enough to work across different genres, including:

- Idle Games: Developing compact systems like currency, offline progression, prestige systems, and in-app purchases.
- Running Games: Building player movement, procedural spawning, object pooling, and mobile optimization.
- Multiplayer Robbery Game: Creating complex systems featuring social deduction, networked movement, AI guards, and client/server synchronization.
- Maze Runner: Building a strong technical foundation for procedural world generation, chunking, and level streaming.

What We Expect From You

When given a clear assignment, we expect you to independently understand, create, build, test, fix bugs, optimize, and deliver the working system. You must be able to:

- Choose the correct architecture and create the necessary scripts without constant step-by-step guidance.
- Write clean, production-ready code that is readable, modular, and reusable months later.
- Independently investigate and solve performance problems using Unity Profiler (CPU/GPU, Memory, Garbage Collection).
- Link Unity to backend services like Firebase, PlayFab, REST APIs, or Unity Gaming Services.

Technical Requirements

- Unity & C#: Excellent C# knowledge is mandatory,



including Object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, Interfaces, Async programming, and Design patterns.
- Multiplayer Architecture: Demonstrable experience with client/server architecture, RPCs, latency, and synchronization. Experience with networking solutions like Photon, Unity Netcode, Mirror, or Fish-Networking is highly desirable.
- AI & Procedural Generation: Experience building state machines, NavMesh pathfinding, and procedural level/maze generation.
- Mobile Development: Experience with Android/iOS touch controls, mobile UI, diverse screen sizes, and App Store/Google Play deployment.
- Version Control: Strong proficiency with Git, branching, pull requests, and resolving merge conflicts.

Experience & Portfolio

- Experience: 5 years of professional Unity/game-development experience is desired, though 7 years of career development experience with Unity/C# is strongly preferred. Demonstrable quality is more important than just the number of years.
- Portfolio: A portfolio is strictly mandatory. You must be able to show actual built projects and clearly define which systems, multiplayer architectures, or procedural generation elements you programmed yourself
