University Relations Coordinator

About FilmAmple FilmAmple is India’s first dedicated film location platform, connecting filmmakers and content creators with diverse, verified shooting locations across the country.

We are also building a strong community of students, filmmakers and creative professionals, creating opportunities for young talent to engage more closely with the media and entertainment industry.

About the Role FilmAmple is looking for a University Relations Coordinator to join us on a 3-month contract and help build strong relationships with universities, colleges, film schools and student communities.

The role will primarily focus on expanding and managing FilmAmple's Campus Ambassador Program, bringing the right students and creative communities into the FilmAmple ecosystem.

This is a people-facing role involving communication, outreach, coordination and relationship building with educational institutions.

What You'll Do

- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, film schools and student organisations.
- Identify the right institutions and student communities for FilmAmple's Campus Ambassador Program.
- Reach out to relevant college representatives, faculty members, student clubs and societies.
- Coordinate the onboarding of Campus Ambassadors across different institutions.
- Stay connected with ambassadors and support them throughout the program.




- Coordinate campus activities, workshops, campaigns and FilmAmple initiatives with institutions.
- Maintain records of university relationships, outreach and ambassador onboarding.
- Share feedback and insights from students and institutions with the FilmAmple team.

Who We're Looking For

- Based in Mumbai or Pune.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with colleges, universities, faculty members and students.
- Good at building and maintaining relationships.
- Organised, proactive and reliable.
- Interested in education, student communities, filmmaking, media, entertainment or the creative industry.
- Prior experience in university relations, student communities, business development, HR, recruitment or outreach is a plus.

Freshers with robust communication and networking skills can also apply.
