nJOB SUMMARY

nWe are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to drive operational excellence by monitoring and improving the quality of coaching across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for auditing coach performance, evaluating coaching and nutrition plans, analyzing customer feedback, monitoring response time metrics, maintaining quality dashboards, and ensuring adherence to operational standards. This role requires solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of fitness and nutrition.

nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

nCoaching Quality Audits: Audit coach-client interactions to evaluate communication quality, engagement, and consistency. Identify coaching gaps and recommend corrective actions. Monitor coaching quality across defined performance parameters.

nCoaching & Nutrition Plan Reviews:

nReview fitness and nutrition plans for scientific accuracy and personalization. Validate calorie targets, macro calculations, and diet customization. Identify generic or inaccurate coaching recommendations.

nPerformance & TAT Monitoring:

nTrack coach response times and service quality metrics. Ensure compliance with internal turnaround time (TAT) standards.



Analyze coaching performance trends and identify improvement opportunities.

nClient Feedback & Quality Analysis:

nReview client feedback, NPS scores, and customer satisfaction data. Identify recurring quality issues affecting customer experience. Correlate client feedback with coach performance.

n

nRenewal Conversation Audits:

nEvaluate renewal conversations conducted by coaches. Assess communication quality, objection handling, and relationship-building skills. Recommend improvements to maximize client retention and renewals.

n

nReporting & Operational Excellence:

nPrepare weekly and monthly coaching quality scorecards. Maintain audit reports and leadership dashboards. Escalate recurring quality concerns with proper documentation. Recommend Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) where required.

n• 2–4 years of experience in Quality Audit, Operational Excellence, Coaching Operations, or QA.

n•Strong knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and coaching methodologies.

n•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

nStrong analytical and data interpretation skills with a passion for fitness, nutrition, and operational excellence.

nExperience in quality auditing, performance management, and excellent stakeholder management abilities.
