Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Team Lead - HR Recruitment to manage and drive Non-IT hiring for Manufacturing and Engineering clients. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment expertise, team handling experience, and the ability to manage multiple positions while ensuring timely closures and high-quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for Non-IT positions across manufacturing and engineering domains.
- Manage hiring requirements for Production, Quality, Maintenance, Design, Purchase, Stores, Supply Chain, and other plant functions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media platforms, references, and internal databases.
- Conduct candidate screening, initial assessments, and interview coordination.
- Drive recruitment strategies to ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Handle salary negotiations, offer roll-out, and onboarding coordination.

Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters.
- Allocate requirements and monitor individual recruiter performance.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide training and coaching.
- Ensure achievement of hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.

Client & Stakeholder Management





- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand manpower requirements.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide regular hiring updates.
- Ensure excellent candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process.

Reporting & Process Improvement

- Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, closure ratio, and source effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4+ years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience leading a recruitment team.
- Experience hiring for Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Fabrication, Machine Building, or Industrial Automation industries.
- Solid exposure to end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, team management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
