Role & responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding across multiple functions and locations.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess skills, experience, communication, and role fit.

- Coordinate virtual and face-to-face interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.

- Manage candidate feedback, selection, offer negotiation, documentation, and offer rollouts.

- Track and follow up on candidate availability, notice periods, joining dates, and offer acceptance.

- Maintain recruitment data through ATS/HRMS, trackers, and MIS reports.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.

- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

- Handle candidate engagement and offer-to-join conversion to minimize dropouts and no-shows.

- Coordinate pre-employment documentation and background/document verification before onboarding.

- Support campus hiring, walk-in drives, bulk hiring, and specialized/niche recruitment as required.





- Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio, and closure rate.

- Ensure a smooth joining and onboarding process in coordination with HR, IT, Admin, and business teams.

- Prepare regular recruitment status reports and hiring updates for management.

Preferred candidate profile

- 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.

- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and candidate sourcing.

- Good understanding of screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.

- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.

- Experience working with ATS/HRMS and recruitment MIS/tracking systems.

- Ability to manage multiple positions and hiring requirements simultaneously.

- Strong follow-up skills with a focus on offer-to-join conversion and closure within TAT.

- Graduate/MBA in HR or relevant qualification preferred.
