Executive / Sr. Executive PPIC

Industry: Pharmaceutical / Contract Manufacturing

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Experience: 2–6 Years

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Tech / Diploma / Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

- Production planning and scheduling as per customer orders and business requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Stores, Purchase and other departments.
- Monitor RM/PM availability and ensure timely material planning.
- Track production plan vs. actual and ensure timely completion of batches.
- Prepare and maintain PPIC MIS, planning reports and production schedules.
- Monitor batch status, pending orders and dispatch timelines.
- Coordinate for BMR/BPR and other production-related documentation.
- Monitor inventory and material requirements to avoid production delays.
- Identify production bottlenecks and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
- Maintain PPIC activities as per GMP, SOP and company requirements.
- ERP/SAP and Advanced Excel knowledge preferred.
- Candidates from Pharmaceutical Manufacturing / Contract Manufacturing / CDMO background will be preferred.
