About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in Non-IT recruitment for the Manufacturing Industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across production, quality, maintenance, design, supply chain, stores, and other manufacturing functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions in the manufacturing sector.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.

- Schedule and manage the complete recruitment cycle until onboarding.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.

- Negotiate salary and facilitate offer roll-out.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases,



and hiring reports.

- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined turnaround times.

- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and understand manpower requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.

- Prior experience hiring for Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, Industrial Equipment, or Production sectors preferred.

- Valuable understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

- Experience using Naukri and other recruitment portals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
