Role & responsibilities

- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.

- Develop and maintain monthly social media content calendars and monitor engagement.

- Prepare monthly analytics reports and optimize campaigns based on performance.

- Manage and update website content, banners, blogs, images, and landing pages.

- Coordinate with developers for bug fixes, website enhancements, and performance improvements.

- Monitor website performance, uptime, UX, and SEO best practices.

- Coordinate with external agencies for website creation, redesign, and branding initiatives.

- Participate in UI/UX discussions and ensure consistency with the company's brand guidelines.

- Design social media creatives, brochures, banners, flyers, presentations, emailers, and other marketing collateral.

- Support SEO, email marketing, and paid campaign creatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- 46 years of relevant experience in website management, social media marketing, digital marketing,



branding, or a related field.

- Robust hands-on experience in social media management across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.

- Proficiency in WordPress/CMS platforms and experience managing website content and updates.

- Good knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.

- Working knowledge of SEO, basic HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.

- Experience coordinating with external website development agencies and developers for website projects, fixes, and enhancements.

- Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, UI/UX, and content planning.

- Excellent communication, project management, collaboration, and multitasking skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, IT, or a related field.
