URGENT HIRING – PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.

Purchase agrochemical raw materials, chemicals, technicals and solvents.

Handle procurement of packaging materials like bottles, containers, caps, labels, cartons, drums, etc.

Coordinate with vendors for quotations, rates, availability and timely delivery.

Prepare comparative statements and Purchase Orders (POs).

Follow up with vendors for dispatch and pending orders.

Coordinate with Production, Stores, QC/QA and Accounts for purchase-related requirements.

Maintain vendor records, purchase documents and PO status.

Assist in resolving material shortage,



rejection, quality and delivery issues.

Maintain purchase data in Excel/ERP/Tally/SAP.

Requirements

Agrochemical Industry experience is mandatory.

1–3 years of relevant Purchase/Procurement experience.

Knowledge of agrochemical raw materials and packaging materials.

Positive vendor coordination and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/ERP.

Immediate Joiner preferred.
