# US HEALTHCARE – INBOUND VOICE PROCESS

### Position Overview

We are hiring for an Inbound Voice Process supporting US-based customers with queries related to healthcare insurance.

The role is ideal for candidates with strong English communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to handle customer queries accurately and professionally.

### Job Details

Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift: US Shift / Night Shift

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

Salary: Up to ₹3.3 LPA (CTC)

Relocation Benefit: Up to ₹25,000*

Cab Facility: One-way drop facility, subject to transport eligibility

Interview: Virtual

### Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from US customers regarding healthcare insurance.
- Assist with queries related to claims, policies, coverage, eligibility, payments, and authorizations.
- Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the required systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow applicable data privacy and process guidelines.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate complex queries to the appropriate team.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer-service standards.

### Candidate Profile

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.




- Good comprehension and analytical abilities.
- Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of professional communication and email etiquette.
- Comfortable working night shifts and from office.
- Candidates must not be pursuing a full-time educational course.
- Candidates with relevant BPO/customer-service experience will be preferred.
- Candidates willing to relocate, if required, may apply.
