Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete end-to-end US IT recruitment process, from requirement understanding to candidate placement.

- Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job specifications.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring timely feedback and follow-ups.

- Negotiate pay rates and compensation with candidates, as applicable.

- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and timely pipeline updates.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

- Ensure candidates are well-informed throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills





- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.

- Strong understanding of the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle.

- Experience recruiting for US IT positions such as Java Developers, .NET Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other technical roles.

- Knowledge of US employment types, including W2, C2C, and 1099.

- Familiarity with US time zones and recruitment scheduling.

- Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, or other US IT sourcing platforms.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
