? Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT roles
- Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other job portals
- Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule client interviews
- Negotiate pay rates/salaries and close offers
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update internal databases
- Stay updated on US market trends, visa types, and recruitment best practices
