Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Male Candidates Only)

Key Responsibilities

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for direct clients in the US market.
- Sourcing & Pipeline: Develop action plans to source and identify qualified candidates using various job portals, networking platforms, and passive sourcing strategies.
- Requirement Handling: Manage a wide variety of IT and non-IT client requirements.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve high conversion ratios for candidate submittals to interviews and final placements.
- SLA Adherence: Ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met consistently in coordination with operations and key stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Basic Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree with good communication skills;
- Soft Skills:



Highly driven individual with superior verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work dedicated night shifts to align with US business hours.

Compensation & Growth Structure
- Training Period (Months 13): 14,000 per month in-hand stipend.
- Post-Training (Months 49): 16,000 per month fixed salary.
- Post 9 Months: Re-evaluated and revised up to 18,000 per month based on performance.
