We are looking for experienced US Staffing professionals who are interested in end-to-end recruitment and would also like to gain exposure to Business Development, Client Handling, and Account Management.Position

- Job Title: US Recruiter / Sr. US Recruiter
- Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad – Work from Office
- Shift: US Shift – 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST
- Experience: 3–5+ Years
- Industry: US Staffing / Recruitment
- Role Split: 70% Recruitment + 30% BD / Account Management Exposure

Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in end-to-end US IT & Non-IT recruitment
- Experience working with Direct Clients / MSP / VMS requirements
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other job boards
- Valuable understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, and US work authorizations such as H1B, GC, USC, OPT, and CPT




- Experience with candidate screening, validation, submissions, interview coordination, and offer closures
- Familiarity with Ceipal or similar ATS tools
- Willingness to work in US Night Shift
- Interest in expanding into Business Development / Client-facing activities
