US Staffing Recruiter – Night Shift

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced US Staffing Recruiter to join our recruitment team and handle end-to-end hiring for the US market during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels .
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Experience with US IT / Non-IT staffing will be preferred.
- Maintain and manage the candidate pipeline and recruitment database.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Negotiate compensation and support candidates through the offer and joining process.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring and recruitment targets .
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and records.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and hiring practices .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a night shift aligned with US working hours .
- Solid sourcing, screening, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
