- Responsibilities

- Outbound Client Engagement: Make high-impact outbound calls to potential US-based clients to introduce our specialized US taxation and financial services.

- Value Communication: Clearly explain our service offerings, pricing structures, and unique advantages to prospective clients.

- Inquiry Handling &
- Conversion:

Address client questions professionally, handle initial objections, and guide them toward signing up for our services.

- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.

- Strategic Follow-ups: Actively nurture and follow up with warm leads who have expressed interest to ensure high conversion rates.

- Team Collaboration: Share market insights, winning pitches, and best practices with the team.

- Shift Adaptability: Work comfortably within our shift model (6 months night shift followed by 6 months morning shift to align with US client engagement).

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Core Requirement: We are actively looking for experienced US taxation callers or international BPO sales professionals who understand US market communication.

- Communication: Exceptional, fluent English speaking and listening skills.





- Skill Set: Confident, persuasive, target-driven, and capable of handling international clients with professionalism.
