We are looking for a USA Calling Executive with 6 months+ of experience in calling or international voice process. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be confident in communicating with USA-based clients/customers.

Experience: 6 month calling in USA market

Work Mode: WFO Only

Location: Seoni, Madhya Pradesh

Priority: Immediate Joiner

Package: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 Per Month

Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM | 4 Hours

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday – Friday) | 1st & 3rd Saturday will be a Holiday

Leave Policy: 6 Paid Leaves (Terms Apply)

Notice Period: 4 Months (Mandatory) – If Bypassed, No Relieving/Experience Letter Will Be Issued

Probation Period: 90 Days

Interview Rounds: 3 (HR Round, English Communication/Calling Assessment & Final Managerial Round)

No salary will be provided if the candidate leaves the company within 15 days.

Responsibilities

- Handle USA-based inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Communicate confidently and clearly with international customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Explain products/services in a clear and convincing manner.
- Maintain proper call records and customer information.
- Follow up with customers when required.




- Achieve daily calling and performance targets.
- Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field will be preferred.
- 6 months+ experience in Calling / International Voice Process.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Candidate should have very fluent and confident spoken English.
- Strong pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and sentence formation.
- British/International English speaking ability preferred.
- Candidate should be comfortable communicating with USA-based clients/customers.
- Solid listening, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.

- Candidate should be confident in speaking English during the interview.
- Good internet connection/Wi-Fi.
- Working earphones/headset.
- Must join with your own Laptop/Computer if required.
