Role Description This full-time, on-site User Interface Designer role is based in Delhi, India.

The User Interface

Designer will create intuitive, visually consistent interfaces for web and mobile products, collaborating closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineers. Daily responsibilities include translating user requirements and wireframes into high-fidelity mockups, defining UI components and design systems,



and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. The role involves preparing design assets for front-end development, participating in design reviews, and iterating based on feedback and usability insights. The designer will also support continuous improvement of interface patterns to enhance user experience and product performance.

Qualifications

- Robust User Interface Design and Visual Design skills for web and mobile products.
- Ability to create detailed Mockups and design systems that are consistent and scalable.
- Understanding of User Experience (UX) principles and collaboration with UX teams to refine user flows.
- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and asset management practices.
- Demonstrated portfolio of shipped or live digital products showcasing UI design for web and/or mobile.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional engineering teams.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, a user-centered mindset, and readiness to work on-site in Delhi, India.
