NResearch Responsibilities

- Conduct and evaluate primary, secondary, qualitative, and quantitative research for apps and websites.

- Perform user interviews, usability tests, and domain research (both qualitative and quantitative) focused on digital products.
N
- Research and analyze demographics, market trends, and competition within the mobile and web space.
N
- Identify and use the best tools to document research progress.
N
- Use Figma effectively as part of the research workflow.
N

nSocial & Collaboration Responsibilities

- Be a people's person with strong interpersonal energy.

- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, team members, and users to encourage smooth collaboration.

- Understand project goals and articulate complex ideas persuasively during research.

nJob Requirements

- Specialization inUX Research or a related field with maximum 3+ years of full-time experience.

- Must have in academics: B.Des (Research specialization), psychology, or closely related disciplines

- Industry experience in planning and conducting: User interviews, Usability testing, Competition analysis, UX audits,



Persona creation.
