Profile: Valve Specialist (Maintenance & Trouble Shooting)

Job Location: Mumbai (WFO)

Qualification: - Bachelors in Engineering or the equivalent technical degree required (Major in Mechanical engineering)

Experience: - Experience: At least 10 to 15 years of experience in Valve Maintenance, Experience in Actuator/Positioner maintenance, performance diagnosis, and troubleshooting

Job Summary The Valve Specialist, based on his/her deep technical experience and knowledge, yields proposal outputs to ensure technically and financially competitive results (Manning, Budget, Technical Bid Evaluation, etc.).

Engineering &

• Document Review: ITB, contract, and other engineering documents review (e.g., Valve Datasheets, Vendor Prints, Material Selection, HAZOP/SIL Study, 3 D Model Review) & study for Project/Proposal. Proposal &

• Estimation Support: Preparation of Technical Documents, Budget Estimations, and Manning Plans for Valve procurement, testing, and specialized site services.

Deliverables: Preparation of Pre-commissioning/Commissioning Deliverables (Procedures for Valve Seat Leak Tests, Actuator/Positioner Calibration etc.), Marked-up P&

• IDs for System definition, and Work Packages for specialized valve activities.

System Integration : Organize Completion Management System(CMS)



relevant to valve tags and tasks Interface Management: Technical coordination and clarification with Valve Vendors/Manufacturers, Clients, and internal engineering disciplines.
