Role & Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end UX/UI journeys for mobile apps and web in line with product strategy.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and AI-assisted prototyping tools.

- Use customer insights, behavioural data, and UX research to improve user experience.

- Conduct/support usability testing and A/B testing and recommend design improvements.

- Ensure designs follow design systems, usability principles, and WCAG accessibility standards.

- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Research, Data, and Testing teams and support design QA before go-live.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 25 years of relevant experience in UX/UI or Product Design.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, UX/UI, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.

- Strong hands-on experience with Figma, prototyping, user research, design systems, and usability testing.

- Valuable understanding of customer journey design, A/B testing, accessibility/WCAG, and data-driven design.

- Strong visual design, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Experience in Fintech/BFSI/Financial Services will be an added advantage
