We’re looking for a strategic and analytical professional to support value stream operations within a complex enterprise environment!

- Position: Value Stream Operations Manager / GCIO Operations Manager
- Experience: 8–12 Years

What You’ll Do
- Support the Portfolio Delivery Lead across portfolio and programme management, business cases, NFRs, and Clarity-related activities.
- Maintain portfolio structures and hierarchies in Clarity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date portfolio governance.
- Support Value Streams with NFR and CIA completion and related operational activities.
- Collate, analyse, and present Value Stream data to create clear and senior-stakeholder-ready reports.
- Support project portfolio management and organisational transformation initiatives across complex matrixed environments.
- Analyse project and portfolio data to understand correlations, trends, and delivery performance.
- Support estimation activities and evaluate financial data, including estimates, actuals, and burn-up.




- Identify and mitigate operational risks while ensuring effective governance and delivery practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with critical internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute as an active member of the GCIO Portfolio Accountability team.

Who We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in programme, portfolio, or technology operations management.
- Strong experience in project portfolio management and organisational transformation.
- Proven track record in programme roles, preferably within the financial services / banking industry.
- Understanding of technology operations, delivery methodologies, and their practical application.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong understanding of financial management, commercial awareness, estimation techniques, and project burn-up.
- Ability to effectively manage and mitigate operational risks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively within complex, matrixed organisations.
- Experience working with multinational banks or large financial institutions is highly preferred.
- Understanding of regulatory, political, competitive, and market environments is an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
