We are looking for Van Delivery Executives to handle last-mile delivery operations and ensure timely and secure delivery of shipments to customers across assigned locations in Cochin.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver shipments to customers within the assigned delivery area.
- Load and unload shipments safely and ensure proper handling of packages.
- Follow the assigned delivery route and achieve daily delivery targets.
- Collect COD payments, where applicable, and ensure accurate handover.
- Update delivery status accurately through the company’s delivery application.
- Maintain proper shipment records and ensure all undelivered shipments are returned as per process.
- Communicate professionally with customers and resolve basic delivery-related queries.
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is maintained properly and report any vehicle-related issues.
- Follow all company SOPs, safety guidelines, and delivery processes.




- Coordinate with the Delivery Centre team for shipment exceptions and operational issues.

Eligibility
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass.
- Valid LMV Driving Licence.
- Prior delivery/logistics experience is preferred; freshers can also apply.
- Good knowledge of local routes and areas in Cochin/Kochi.
- Basic smartphone knowledge.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
