About the Role
Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Limited is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Venue Consultants to join our sales team.
The role involves interacting with prospective customers, presenting Country Club membership and holiday offerings, understanding customer requirements and converting qualified leads into memberships.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers visiting the venue.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable membership options.
- Present and explain Country Club membership and holiday benefits.
- Conduct qualified product presentations.
- Follow up with prospective customers and generate conversions.
- Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Robust customer-handling ability.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales career.
- Previous experience in hospitality, timeshare, holiday membership, real estate or direct sales is an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a solid interest in sales may also apply.
