We are looking for an experienced Venue Sales Manager with a strong background in timeshare, holiday membership, hospitality or venue sales to lead our sales team and drive membership conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the venue sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Drive sales of holiday memberships, club memberships and related products.
- Handle customer interactions and support the team in closing high-value prospects.
- Monitor daily leads, presentations, conversions and revenue.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and develop strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Train, motivate and coach sales executives and consultants.




- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes and reporting standards.

Requirements

- Proven experience in timeshare / holiday membership / hospitality sales is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing a sales team in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong leadership and customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Candidates with a strong track record in membership or direct sales are encouraged to apply.
