We are looking for a passionate and experienced Veterinary Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of promoting the health and well-being of pets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Care:

* Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of medical conditions in pets, including preventive care, surgery, and emergency care.
- Perform routine examinations, vaccinations, and other preventive health procedures.
- Provide specialized care in areas such as dermatology, internal medicine, surgery, or other veterinary specialties as per your expertise.

1. Surgical Procedures:

* Conduct routine and complex surgical procedures with precision and care.
- Oversee post-operative care, ensuring pets recover safely and efficiently.

1. Client Communication:

* Communicate effectively with pet parents, explaining diagnoses, treatment plans, and care instructions clearly and compassionately.
- Provide guidance on pet nutrition, behavior, and overall wellness to support long-term health.

1. Team Collaboration:

* Work closely with veterinary technicians, assistants, and other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with the grooming, boarding, and customer success teams to ensure holistic care for pets.

1. Record Keeping and Compliance:

* Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients.
- Ensure compliance with veterinary medical standards, regulations, and company policies.

* Stay updated on the latest veterinary practices, technologies, and industry trends.
- Participate in continuing education and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Emergency and On-call Duties:

* Be available for emergency consultations and on-call duties as required.
- Provide prompt and effective care during emergency situations, ensuring the best outcomes for pets.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science (BVSc) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of ?? years of clinical experience in a veterinary practice or hospital. Experience in a specialized field (e.g., surgery, dermatology) is a plus.
- Licensure: Valid license to practice veterinary medicine in Karnataka.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Assist with routine examinations, diagnostics, and treatments of animals.

· Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed by the veterinarian.

· Monitor patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.

· Perform animal restraint and handling with care and professionalism.





· Monitor vital signs and record patient information accurately.

1. Diagnostic Procedures:

· Conduct laboratory tests, including blood work, urinalysis, and fecal analysis. · Prepare and process samples for diagnostic procedures.

· Operate and maintain diagnostic equipment, such as radiography and ultrasound machines.

· Assist with the interpretation of diagnostic results.

1. Surgical Support:

· Assist in surgical procedures, including preparing surgical instruments and equipment. · Monitor anesthesia during surgical procedures.

· Maintain sterile conditions in the surgical suite.

· Provide post-operative care and monitoring of surgical patients.

1. Client Interaction and Communication:

· Educate clients on animal care, medications, and post-treatment instructions. · Assist in obtaining patient history and relaying relevant information to the veterinarian.

· Address client questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

· Schedule appointments, manage records, and update patient information.

1. Facility Maintenance and Organization:

· Maintain cleanliness and organization in treatment areas, exam rooms, and kennels. · Stock and maintain supplies, medications, and equipment.

· Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

1. Emergency and Critical Care:

· Respond to emergency situations, stabilize patients, and provide initial triage. · Assist with emergency medical procedures and interventions.

Continuing Education and Professional Development.

Experience:

- Clinical counseling: 2 years (Preferred)

Qualification :

Bvsc or Mvsc

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
