About the Role

Garg Realty Group is looking for an experienced Vice President / CEO to lead the organization's business growth, sales strategy, revenue generation and overall operations.

The candidate must have 15–20 years of proven experience in the REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY. Real estate experience is mandatory. Candidates from other industries without substantial real estate experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the company's overall business strategy and growth.
- Drive revenue, profitability and business expansion.
- Lead and manage sales, business development and operational functions.
- Develop and execute strategies for real estate project sales and business growth.
- Build, lead and mentor high-performing teams.
- Develop and strengthen direct sales and channel partner networks.
- Monitor market trends, competition and new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the Promoters/Management on strategic decisions, pricing, inventory and business planning.
- Establish performance standards, processes and accountability across teams.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners, investors, HNI/UHNI clients and key industry stakeholders.
- Review business performance, sales pipeline, conversions and revenue on a regular basis.
- Identify new markets and opportunities for organizational expansion.
- Take complete ownership of assigned business objectives and organizational results.

Candidate Requirements

- 15–20 years of professional experience.
- REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY.
- Candidates currently or previously working as CEO, Vice President, President, SVP, Business Head, National Sales Head or equivalent senior leadership positions are preferred.
- Experience with a real estate developer is highly preferred.




- Proven track record of driving revenue and business growth.
- Strong leadership and team-management experience.
- Strong understanding of real estate sales, business development and market dynamics.
- Established network of channel partners and industry relationships.
- Excellent strategic, commercial, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work directly with Promoters/Management and take ownership of business outcomes.

Compensation

₹4,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per month

Compensation will be based on experience, profile, leadership capability and proven track record.
