Role Description The Video Creator will be responsible for planning, producing, and editing video content that showcases the company’s properties, brand values, and customer stories. This includes shooting on-site footage, creating promotional videos, walk-throughs, and social media content, as well as collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align visual assets with campaign goals.

The role involves managing the end-to-end video production process, including post-production, basic sound design, and optimizing videos for different digital platforms. This is a full time, on-site role based in Kolkata,



requiring regular presence at project locations and the company office for coordination and content creation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Multimedia for planning, shooting, and structuring engaging visual stories.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Video Editing and Video Post-Production for assembling footage, color correction, sound syncing, and delivering polished final outputs.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Motion Graphics to create titles, simple animations, and visually appealing overlays for marketing and promotional content.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with industry-standard video and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Candidates should possess strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of social media and digital marketing trends.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Kolkata, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A relevant diploma or degree in film, media, communication, or a related field, along with a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous video work, would be beneficial.
