Key Responsibilities:

- Assembling &
- Pacing:

Edit raw field footage, interviews, and b-roll into a cohesive, quick-paced, and engaging news report.

- Audio Enhancements: Clean background noise from field mics, balance audio levels, and select impactful background music/sound effects (SFX).

- Visual Enhancements: Apply color grading/correction to match multi-camera shoots and field footage.

- Graphics &

- Text:

Add dynamic text overlays, lower-thirds, call-outs, and maps to explain complex news data clearly.

- Retention Strategy: Design strong video intros (hooks) to maximize viewer retention on YouTube and digital platforms.

- Media Management: Organize raw footage, project files, and assets efficiently to meet tight daily news deadlines.

Requirements &

- Qualifications:

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience editing content for YouTube channels, news platforms, or digital agencies. (A strong portfolio/showreel matters more than a degree).

- Software Expertise:



Proficiency in professional editing software like Wondershare Filmora, Adobe Premiere Pro

- Skills: Strong understanding of HSL color grading, audio mixing, pacing, and visual storytelling.

- News Awareness: Ability to understand Hindi scripts/voiceovers and align them perfectly with relevant b-roll and graphics.

- Speed &
- Efficiency:

Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
