Company Description Erotissch is a homegrown lingerie and loungewear brand founded in 2019 by Aayushi Agarwal and Anushka Agarwal, graduates of NIFT and Pearl Academy. The brand focuses on empowering individuals through designs that emphasize femininity, confidence, and comfort.

Erotissch uses sustainable fabrics, premium silks, fine laces from Thailand, and carefully sourced cottons from India and Europe, all handpicked by experts for quality and purpose. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted to reflect different moods and moments, aiming to bring joy and ease to everyday wear. The team operates from a factory in a green, nurturing environment and embraces bodies of every size, shape, and identity, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace.

Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Video Editor role based in New Delhi, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week.

The Video

Editor will conceptualize, edit, and produce video content that showcases Erotissch’s products, brand values, and campaigns for social media, digital ads, and other channels. Daily tasks include assembling raw footage, adding transitions, effects, and sound, and refining visual storytelling to align with brand guidelines and creative direction. The role involves close collaboration with the design, marketing, and social media teams to create consistent, on-brand video narratives and visuals.

Editor will also manage file organization, version control, and basic content planning to ensure timely delivery of high-quality video assets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production, including planning shoots, organizing footage, and collaborating with creative teams.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing, using professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) to assemble and refine engaging content.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual tone, consistency, and brand aesthetics across multiple projects.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics, creating or integrating titles, overlays, and simple animations that complement the brand’s visual identity.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or certification in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience creating content for fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands, particularly for social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube, is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Current Delhi, manage deadlines, receive feedback constructively, and maintain an inclusive and respectful approach to diverse audiences.
