About Us
We're a fast-growing D2C e-commerce company running multiple brands and processing 1,500+ orders daily. Video ads are a core growth lever for us — we need someone who can produce high-performing Meta ad creatives at volume and speed.
What You'll Do
- Edit short-form video ads (Reels, Stories, feed videos) optimized for Meta platforms
- Produce multiple ad variations and iterations daily — speed and volume matter
- Work closely with the content and creative team on concepts, hooks, and CTAs
- Edit raw footage, UGC clips, product shots, and screen recordings into scroll-stopping ads
- Add text overlays, captions, transitions, sound, and music
- Keep up with trending ad formats and adapt quickly
- Organize and maintain a clean project and asset library
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in any professional editing tool — Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci, whatever gets the job done
- A strong sense of pacing, hooks, and what makes people stop scrolling
- Ability to work fast without dropping quality
- Familiarity with D2C/e-commerce ad styles is a big plus
- Understanding of Meta ad specs and formats
- Freshers with a solid portfolio are welcome — experience matters less than output
