Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Video Editor at Grayson Digital.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling video content for digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as YouTube, social media, and paid advertising channels. Day-to-day tasks include cutting and arranging footage, applying color correction and grading, adding motion graphics and titles, and ensuring brand consistency across all video assets. The role involves collaborating with marketing strategists, copywriters, and designers to translate campaign objectives into compelling visual narratives, optimizing video formats for different channels,



and meeting production deadlines.

The Video

Editor will also maintain organized media libraries, implement feedback from stakeholders, and contribute creative ideas to enhance the impact and performance of video content.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including assembling footage, audio syncing, and storytelling for digital marketing content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading, ensuring consistent visual style and high-quality output across different campaigns and platforms.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance video narratives, titles, lower thirds, and call-to-action elements.
- Experience with professional editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software).
- Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and social media video formats, aspect ratios, and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work independently in a remote workplace while meeting deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial; a portfolio showcasing recent video work is required.
