We are looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor Intern to join our team and work on real-world video content for branding, social media, influencers, creators, campaigns, and digital marketing.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Video Editor Intern, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging, professional, and high-quality videos. You will work closely with the Content, Marketing, Branding, and Influencer teams to create content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

This is a hands-on internship where you will work on real projects and brand requirements while developing your editing and creative skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, LinkedIn videos, and other social media content.
- Edit influencer and creator videos while maintaining their personality and communication style.
- Convert long-form footage into engaging short-form content.
- Identify strong hooks, highlights, and key moments from raw footage.
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, B-roll, music, sound effects, and visual elements.
- Create promotional, educational, branding, interview, and campaign videos.
- Maintain professional and consistent visual quality across content.
- Improve video pacing, storytelling, audio,



and overall presentation.
- Create videos designed to improve audience engagement and retention.
- Complete assigned projects within deadlines and make revisions based on feedback.
- Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, and popular content formats.
- Suggest creative ideas, hooks, formats, and editing improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

- Basic to strong practical knowledge of video editing.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content.
- Knowledge of tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, VN, or similar software.
- Understanding of cuts, transitions, pacing, captions, music, sound, and visual storytelling.
- Robust attention to detail and creative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve.

You do not need to know every editing software. We value creativity, quality, consistency, and execution.

PORTFOLIO A portfolio is preferred. Candidates can share Reels, YouTube videos, Shorts, college projects, personal projects, freelance work, or previous editing work.

Freshers are encouraged to apply if they can demonstrate their editing skills through personal or academic projects.

High-performing interns may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on their creativity, quality of work, consistency, ownership, professionalism, ability to meet deadlines, and overall contribution during the internship.

PPO is performance-based and is not guaranteed solely upon completion of the internship.
