We are Hiring Video Editor at InvesTek Group

InvesTek Group is looking for a Video Editor who knows how to turn ideas into content that people actually want to watch.

We are building a fast-growing Fintech company and content is a big part of how we communicate our ideas, showcase our work, and build our brand. We are looking for someone who can bring strong creative instincts, sharp editing skills and a deep understanding of short-form content.

The Role

You’ll own video content for InvesTek Group across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms .

This is not a “cut clips and add subtitles” job. We want someone who understands consumer, finance, storytelling, trends, retention, and what makes people stop scrolling .

You’ll work closely with the founding and marketing teams to shape how InvesTek looks, feels and communicates through video.

What You Will Do

- Edit and produce short-form video content — 10–15+ pieces per week
- Turn raw footage, ideas, podcasts, interviews, and concepts into engaging content
- Develop templates, formats, and repeatable video series we can scale
- Stay on top of trending formats, editing styles, audio, and platform trends
- Collaborate on shoot planning, scripting, storyboarding, and creative direction
- Build and maintain a consistent visual language for InvesTek
- Experiment with hooks, CTAs, pacing, storytelling, and formats
- Repurpose long-form content into high-performing short-form videos




- Track what performs and continuously improve our content based on results

What We are Looking For

- 2–4 years of experience in video editing, preferably with social-first or brand content
- Strong command of Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro
- Comfortable with After Effects and motion graphics — a robust plus
- A strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and short-form content
- Excellent instinct for pacing, storytelling, hooks, and retention
- Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
- Someone who is proactive, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Bonus: experience with camera and shooting, basic colour grading, sound design, and smartphone filmmaking
