Role Description This is a full-time, in office Video Editor role based in Kolkata.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing video content for property showcases, marketing campaigns, social media, and corporate communications. Daily tasks include organizing raw footage, assembling sequences, applying transitions, color grading, and refining audio to produce high-quality, engaging videos. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements, incorporating motion graphics and simple visual effects,



and ensuring brand consistency across all video materials.

The Video

Editor will manage multiple projects, meet production timelines, and maintain an organized archive of video assets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading and basic audio enhancement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, overlays, and visual elements.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is beneficial.
- Relevant experience in real estate, architecture, or property marketing video content is an advantage.
- Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines on-site in Kolkata.
- A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
