ADoctor is looking for a Video Editor who thinks beyond “cut + transition + export.”

We work exclusively with doctors, hospitals, dental & healthcare brands — creating content that educates, builds trust and performs on Instagram & YouTube.

If you can take a boring 30-minute doctor recording and turn it into a scroll-stopping 30-second Reel, we want to hear from you. ?

? What you’ll do

? Edit Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts

✂️ Create sharp cuts, pacing, hooks, captions & transitions

? Add motion graphics, titles, overlays & visual elements

? Clean and sync audio

? Maintain a polished, consistent visual style

? Understand what works on Reels, Shorts & social media

? Work with our marketing, design & medical content teams

? Organise footage, assets and project files

⏱️ Deliver high-quality videos within deadlines

? AI Video Creation is a BIG PLUS

We’re actively using AI in our content workflow.

You should be comfortable experimenting with tools such as:

Runway • Veo • HeyGen • Synthesia • CapCut AI • Adobe Firefly

Whether it's generating visuals, B-roll, AI avatars, voiceovers, background replacement, image-to-video or speeding up the editing process — you should know how to use AI creatively, not just know that these tools exist.

Must be comfortable with at least one major editing platform:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- Final Cut Pro





Practical additional skills

- After Effects
- Canva
- CapCut / CapCut Pro
- AI video & creative tools

CapCut proficiency is particularly useful because we produce a lot of fast-turnaround short-form content.

?? IMPORTANT: English proficiency

Good written and spoken English is a MUST.

You’ll work with scripts, captions, hooks, content briefs and marketing teams — so being able to understand and communicate clearly in English is essential.

? Qualification A degree/diploma in Film, Media, Design, Animation or a related field is a plus — but we care more about your portfolio and actual editing ability.
