Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Delhi, NY.

The Video

Editor will assemble and edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for films, documentaries, social impact projects, and commercial content, ensuring narrative clarity and visual consistency. Day-to-day tasks include managing footage, selecting shots, cutting and sequencing scenes, applying transitions, adding sound and music, and performing color correction and grading to achieve the desired look and feel. The role involves integrating motion graphics and visual elements,



collaborating closely with directors, producers, and writers, and maintaining version control and file organization across multiple projects.

The Video

Editor will also support pre-production planning for post workflows and ensure that deliverables meet technical specifications and deadlines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience working across multiple formats and platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual tone, consistency, and mood in line with creative direction.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design and integrate titles, lower thirds, infographics, and other visual elements.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar tools).
- Robust storytelling sense, attention to detail, and ability to interpret creative briefs and feedback constructively.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, NY, collaborate effectively in a diverse team, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Relevant education in film, media, visual communication, or equivalent practical experience; prior work on social impact, documentary, or advocacy projects is an asset.
