Role Description The Video Producer at BETA is a full-time, in office role based in Tiruvallur. In this position, the Video Producer plans, scripts, and produces video content that supports product launches, marketing campaigns, user education, and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities include coordinating pre-production activities, managing shoots, overseeing lighting and sound, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure creative alignment. The role also involves supervising editing and post-production processes, integrating motion graphics and multimedia elements,



and maintaining consistent visual standards across all video assets.

The Video

Producer works closely with design, marketing, and product teams to deliver engaging, high-quality video content on schedule.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production, including planning, scripting, and coordinating shoots.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing and Video Post-Production for assembling, refining, and finalizing video content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Multimedia to create visually compelling and interactive elements.
- Experience with professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, as well as industry-standard editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Strong storytelling abilities, visual sense, and attention to detail, with the capacity to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging videos.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, or a related field, and prior experience in a similar video production role; experience in a tech or product-based environment is an advantage.
