About the Role

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Video Producer to manage end-to-end video production, from understanding client requirements and developing concepts to production, post-production, and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client briefs and develop creative concepts and visual storytelling ideas.
- Create scripts, storyboards, mood boards, pitch decks, shot lists, and production plans.
- Plan and manage pre-production, shoots, logistics, talent, vendors, and production teams.
- Lead on-ground production and ensure the creative vision is executed effectively.
- Coordinate with editors, designers, motion graphic artists, clients, and external vendors.
- Review and provide feedback on edits, motion graphics, sound, color grading, subtitles, and final output.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Conduct final quality checks and ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain production documentation and improve video production workflows/SOPs.
- Explore AI-powered video tools and new production techniques.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Video Production, Creative Production, Advertising, Digital Media, or Agency environments.




- Proven experience managing end-to-end video projects.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, cinematography, editing, and production workflows.
- Experience with scripts, storyboards, pitch decks, and production planning.
- Strong client-facing, communication, project management, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branded content, corporate videos, social media content, commercials, or promotional videos.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with production houses, agencies, or content companies.
- Vendor/freelancer management and production budgeting experience.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, Frame.io, etc.
- Exposure to AI video tools such as Runway, Pika, Kling, Veo, Descript, etc.
