About the Role

We are looking for a creative and AI-focused Video Production Intern – AI Video Generation to create high-quality videos for social media, advertising, e-commerce, product promotions, and brand campaigns.

The role will primarily involve using the latest AI video generation tools, image-to-video tools, video editing software, and generative AI workflows to produce engaging short-form and promotional content.

The candidate should be comfortable experimenting with new AI tools, generating multiple creative variations quickly, and converting concepts, product images, scripts, and references into polished videos.

Key Responsibilities

- Create AI-generated videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, marketplace advertising, website content, and promotional campaigns .
- Generate videos using text-to-video, image-to-video, reference-image, and AI animation tools.
- Convert product photos and campaign images into engaging video creatives.
- Create short-form product videos, lifestyle videos, fashion videos, promotional ads, and brand storytelling content.
- Work with AI-generated models, backgrounds, scenes, transitions, and visual effects.
- Maintain consistency in products, garments, models, colours, and brand presentation across generated videos.
- Experiment with different AI video models and workflows to achieve better realism and consistency.
- Create multiple video variations for advertising tests.
- Edit AI-generated clips into complete videos with proper pacing, transitions, text, subtitles, music, and sound effects.
- Resize and adapt videos for different platforms and aspect ratios, including 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 .
- Create hooks, product highlights, offer videos, launch videos, explainer clips, and campaign creatives.
- Work closely with the design, e-commerce, marketing, and management teams to understand creative requirements.
- Follow reference videos and recreate similar concepts while maintaining the Robinbosky brand identity.




- Maintain organised files for raw generations, approved clips, final videos, prompts, references, and editable project files.

AI Video Generation The candidate should be interested in continuously learning and experimenting with the latest tools in areas such as:
- Text-to-video generation
- Image-to-video generation
- AI character and model animation
- AI lip-sync
- AI voice generation
- AI motion generation
- Product animation
- Background replacement
- Video upscaling and enhancement
- AI-assisted video editing
- Generative visual effects
- Automated subtitles and captions

Experience with tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Adobe Firefly, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, ChatGPT, Gemini or similar AI/video tools will be an advantage. Specific tool experience is less key than the ability to quickly learn and use new AI tools effectively .

Creative Responsibilities

- Understand the objective of each video before production.
- Develop video concepts based on products, offers, campaigns, or references.
- Create visually strong opening hooks for short-form videos.
- Select the best AI-generated clips from multiple outputs.
- Combine clips into a coherent and engaging final video.
- Add appropriate typography, motion graphics, transitions, and effects.
- Ensure videos do not look unnecessarily artificial or inconsistent.
- Correct visual defects in AI-generated clips wherever possible.
- Produce multiple creative directions when required.

Advertising & E-Commerce Content

Create videos for

- Meta / Instagram advertisements
- Amazon and marketplace creatives
- Product launches
- Product feature demonstrations
- Lifestyle campaigns
- Seasonal campaigns
- Offers and promotions
- Website banners and videos
- Reels and Shorts
- Brand awareness campaigns




- Exhibition and promotional content

The candidate should understand that performance advertising videos and social-media videos require different creative approaches .

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in video editing, content creation, AI video generation, motion graphics, digital marketing creatives, or a related field.
- Solid interest in generative AI and AI video technology .
- Experience using AI image or video generation tools is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of video editing and visual storytelling.
- Ability to produce short-form videos quickly without compromising quality.
- Basic understanding of social-media formats and advertising creatives.
- Good visual sense for composition, typography, movement, and pacing.
- Ability to follow references and convert creative ideas into finished videos.
- Comfortable experimenting, failing, regenerating, and improving outputs until the required quality is achieved.
- Ability to manage multiple creative tasks simultaneously.
- Basic English communication and prompt-writing skills are preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, portfolio quality, AI-tool knowledge, video-editing skills, creative ability, and speed of execution.
