We’re looking for a smart, energetic and creatively curious Video Production Intern who wants to experience filmmaking beyond the editing desk.

This role is for someone who wants to be involved from idea → pitch → pre-production → shoot → final film.

You should be comfortable developing ideas, putting together pitches, coordinating with people and, most importantly, being on the ground during shoots and getting things done.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

? IDEAS & PITCHES

• Research brands, industries and stories

• Brainstorm film concepts with our creative team

• Develop references, moodboards and visual ideas

• Help create pitch decks and treatments

• Research interesting storytelling approaches

• Present and communicate ideas clearly

? PRE-PRODUCTION

• Assist with shoot planning

• Research locations, people and visual references

• Help prepare shot lists and production requirements

• Coordinate schedules, crew and logistics

• Support client and internal production coordination

• Make sure the team is prepared before reaching set

? ON SHOOTS

• Travel with the production team for shoots

• Assist directors, cinematographers and producers on set

• Coordinate people, equipment and requirements

• Help manage schedules and shot requirements

• Keep track of what has been captured and what is pending

• Solve small problems quickly instead of waiting for someone else to notice them

Some projects may involve travel outside Bengaluru , so you should be comfortable travelling for shoots when required.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You could come from Film, Media, Advertising, Communications, Design, Marketing — or something completely different.

Your degree isn’t the deciding factor.

✓ Wants to understand filmmaking from the inside

Knowledge of cameras, editing, photography, design or filmmaking is a strong advantage , but you don’t need to be an expert.

? Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000/month

✈️ Must be open to travelling for shoots

This is not a desk-only internship.

One day you might be researching an idea.

The next day you might be building a pitch.

And the day after that, you could be standing on a shoot helping the team make that idea happen.
