Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Videographer role based in Chandigarh. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for brand campaigns, social media, websites, and promotional materials.

Daily responsibilities include operating cameras, setting up lighting and audio, composing shots, and capturing both scripted and candid footage. The role also involves collaborating closely with creative, marketing, and design teams to interpret briefs, develop visual concepts, and ensure videos align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The Videographer will manage equipment,



organize footage, support post-production workflows, and maintain consistent quality across all video projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Video Production skills, including planning, shooting, and coordinating end-to-end video projects.
- Candidates should possess Camera Operation skills, including handling skilled Camera equipment and optimizing settings for different environments.
- Candidates should possess Lighting skills, including setting up and adjusting lighting for indoor, outdoor, and studio shoots.
- Candidates should possess Shooting Video skills, including framing, composition, and capturing dynamic, engaging content.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic color correction is beneficial.
- Ability to follow creative briefs, work collaboratively in a team, and manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
- Strong storytelling instincts, attention to detail, and an eye for visual aesthetics and brand consistency.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, or a related field is an advantage; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is required.
