Company Description The Greendoor Villa is a brand of Timeless Travels and Hospitality Private Limited (TTHPL), based in India and focused on premium hoapitality and accomodation experiences.

Role Description The Villa Acquisition Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Goa, India. The individual in this position will identify, evaluate, and secure suitable villas and properties that align with The Greendoor Villa’s brand standards and guest experience goals.

Daily tasks include scouting potential properties, conducting site visits, negotiating agreements with property owners, onboarding/ setting up the house and managing annual compliance of the Villas. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with local owners, brokers, and other stakeholders to support sustainable portfolio growth.

Qualifications

- Willing to build carreer in travel industry
- Good English communication skills
- Upto 5 years of work experience
- Willing to be based out of Goa
- Proactive and willing to grow

Salary Budget: INR 4.2L pa + Incentives
