Job Overview

We are looking for a professional and technically skilled Executive IT Support Engineer to provide dedicated IT support to senior management and executive users.

The role involves providing day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting laptops and mobile devices, supporting Microsoft 365 and Apple devices, and ensuring the smooth functioning of executive and meeting room technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide dedicated IT support to senior management and executive users.
- Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, MacBooks, iPhones and other IT devices.
- Support Windows, macOS, iOS and iPadOS environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Outlook and email-related issues.
- Support MacBook, iPhone and other Apple devices.
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN, networking and connectivity issues.
- Provide support for Zoom, Microsoft Teams and video conferencing.
- Support meeting rooms, boardroom AV and presentation technology.
- Assist with device configuration, installation and migration.
- Perform regular IT checks and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers when required.
- Handle executive IT requirements with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Provide prompt support for urgent IT issues when required.

Required Skills
- 3–8 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support or Executive IT Support.




- Good knowledge of Windows and macOS.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Outlook.
- Experience supporting MacBook, iPhone and other Apple devices.
- Basic knowledge of networking, Wi-Fi and VPN.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom or video conferencing.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and user-handling skills.
- Professional attitude and ability to support senior management.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Executive or VIP IT Support.
- Knowledge of Jamf, Intune or Apple Business Manager.
- Knowledge of Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience supporting boardroom or AV equipment.
- Experience with Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms.

Candidate Requirements
- Must be comfortable working from the client location in Worli, Mumbai.
- Must have valuable communication and professional presentation.
- Must be able to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
