Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Handle customer interactions through calls and digital channels.
- Generate leads and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Promote banking, financial, and insurance products.
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into business.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain customer records and update daily sales activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 1+ year of experience in Banking, Finance, Insurance, or Sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer relationship and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Comfortable handling customers through virtual/digital channels.
