# – Immigration Counsellor Company: Immigration Office Position: Immigration Counsellor Location: Sector 17-C, Chandigarh Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: 6 Days a Week ### About the Role We are looking for an experienced and confident Immigration Counsellor to join our immigration office in Sector 17-C, Chandigarh. The candidate will be responsible for counselling potential clients, understanding their immigration goals, assessing their profiles, explaining suitable visa and immigration options, and converting qualified leads into clients. ### Key Responsibilities Counsel clients regarding suitable immigration and visa options based on their profile and requirements.

Conduct detailed client consultations and assess eligibility for various immigration programs.

Explain immigration processes, documentation requirements, timelines, and applicable procedures clearly.

Handle leads generated through telecalling, digital channels, references, and walk-ins.

Follow up with prospective clients and convert qualified leads into successful consultations and sales.

Build strong qualified relationships with clients and maintain regular communication throughout the process.

Address client queries and concerns professionally and provide accurate information.





Coordinate with the documentation, processing, and sales teams for smooth case handling.

Maintain proper records of client interactions, follow-ups, consultations, and conversions.

Achieve assigned counselling, sales, and conversion targets.

Stay updated with changes in immigration policies, visa requirements, and relevant procedures. ### Requirements Minimum 2–2.5 years of experience as an Immigration Counsellor, preferably in an immigration/visa consultancy.

Strong knowledge of immigration and visa processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of English and Hindi.

Strong counselling, convincing, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Ability to assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration options.

Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.

Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain client records. ### Salary &

Advantages Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹32,000 per month Performance-based incentives in addition to salary.
