Job Summary

Outlook Educational Services is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Visa Consultant to guide clients through student and visit visa application processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of visa procedures, documentation requirements and client counselling. The role requires professional communication, attention to detail and consistent follow-up with clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding student and visit visa options.
- Understand applicants’ travel, education and immigration requirements.
- Explain visa eligibility, documentation, fees and application procedures.
- Assist clients with application forms and supporting documents.
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Prepare document checklists based on the applicant’s profile and destination.
- Coordinate with clients to collect pending documents.
- Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the application process.
- Provide accurate updates regarding application progress.
- Coordinate with universities, internal teams and other relevant parties.
- Maintain organised and confidential client records.
- Update client information and application status in the CRM.
- Stay informed about changes in visa requirements and application procedures.
- Achieve assigned counselling, conversion and application targets.
- Avoid making false promises or guaranteeing visa approval.





Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience as a visa consultant or education counsellor is preferred.
- Knowledge of student and visit visa procedures.
- Familiarity with destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and Europe is an advantage.
- Robust communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
- Excellent counselling, follow-up and client-handling abilities.
- Good understanding of visa documentation and application procedures.
- Solid attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, WhatsApp and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets.
- Professional, honest and customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
