Visa Counselor Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month Incentives Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Weekly Off: Sunday Job ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and clients regarding study-abroad and visa opportunities. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable countries, courses, and visa options. Explain the complete visa application process, eligibility criteria, documentation, and timelines.

Assist clients in preparing and organizing visa documents. Follow up with clients regarding applications, documents, and appointments. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application status.

Coordinate with the admissions and documentation teams. Stay updated on visa rules, immigration policies, and country-specific requirements. Achieve individual and team counselling/enrollment targets. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.





RequirementsPrevious experience in visa counselling, immigration, study-abroad counselling, or a related field is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Robust convincing and counselling abilities.

Knowledge of visa processes and documentation. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
